It is not mandatory for customers to pass on the details of the photos, clothing, or other additional details. We collect images and additional details for our better services. It is completely a customer’s decision whether to share them or not. The Company reserves the right to use the information shared in this way for business purposes or other legal formalities. Copying or disseminating information related to the Company (photos, emails, messages, videos, etc.) on social platforms is not permitted. Such content is prohibited under copyright law. In matters related to payment, what the Company says will be final. The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Hence, do select the appropriate option whether if you need them stitched or do not, loose fitted stitching, semi stitched, and so on. Please review our sizing guide or provide the best accurate measurements using the help of the videos provided. You can easily get the exact measurement for your garments from a stitching centre, a tailor located nearer to you, or even if you have someone at home who know how to measure using a tape. We will not be responsible for any mistakes that has been occurred due to the wrong information provided by the customer. The videos are uploaded for the customers to cross check their measurements or to use them as a guideline while taking the measurements
We have done our best to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible on our website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Beyoutik products are handcrafted with impeccable craftsmanship and therefore minor differences in detailing are inevitable. Slight irregularities in handwork, stitching and appliques cannot be considered as defects. No guarantees are given on colour fastness. Some natural dyes like indigo will bleed during the first wash.
Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website have a reasonable tolerance.
Please read our wash and care instructions attached along with the package before using the garment. Damage caused by employing wrong methods of wash and care will not be considered as reasons for exchange or refund.
The components, hand-working elements and all other categories are to be selected by the customers while designing their dream outfits. We are here to help you with great consultation support at any time. Beyoutik will not be responsible for any sought of errors occurring from customers who are not aware of the procedures in our platform. You can choose us to get the best outfits and best looks. Our designers will be working on each of our customers dream garments with special attention and care. We provide you with best consultation and services. We request our customers to consult the designers through chat or through the details provided in Contact Us, before you finalize with the designs to avoid further confusions. Beyoutik reserves all the right to cancel an order if the flow is not completed by the customers. In case of upload image, customer’s needs to upload an image, choose fabrics and other details, provide measurement details and consult designer for accurate procedures.
In case of any replacement issues, replacement of a different style than the one ordered before by the customer will not be possible. Requests for replacement for a different size will not be encouraged. Please read our returns and exchange policy. In case you are dissatisfied with the product received from us, please contact customer care with your feedback.
We do not encourage any refunds for customised products as each step is being proposed and proceeded with the consent of our customers.
All the products, services and information displayed on our platform is being created on invitation to offer. Beyoutik reserves right to accept or reject any offer which is in contradiction of company. Company may not inform the reason but will assuredly notify as soon as possible by email or update in our platform to confirm receipt of your order and hence to process the order. Our endorsement of order will take place upon dispatch of the product. Returns in any case will not be entertained due to the step-by-step evaluation of the processes in order placement. Each and every step is being directly evaluated by the customer while placing an order. Customers are requested to cross check all the details provided for the production of the order placed as this will not be changed thereafter the confirmation. Beyoutik will not be responsible for the orders that is placed without the consent of the designers. No orders will be placed without the payment is done.
All the pre-designed products published in our site will be having 15-30 days of pre-booking. In order to avoid the last moment rush, our customers can place their orders calculating the pre-booking time mentioned for that particular product in the description page.
Once an order is placed by a customer with Beyoutik, we will update a confirmation including all the work details within 24 hours in our platform. Once the order details are updated, you can track or check the status of your order from our website or application. Once the product is shipped or handed over to our delivery partner, you can look for the tracking link and ID of your product and check them. Beyoutik will not be responsible for any delays occurring after the item has been shipped as it will be based on the area or the delivery point.
